Position: Assistant Manager Spa and Leisure

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa, wellness, or leisure operations in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Solid knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and leisure/recreation services, with a strong passion for guest experience and service excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Proficiency in scheduling, inventory control, upselling strategies, and daily operational reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments to enhance guest experience and optimize revenue opportunities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written; additional language skills will be an advantage.
