Position: Spa Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, to the highest standards.
- Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and wellness programs.
- Ensure the spa treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and properly set up before each session.
- Maintain a serene and professional spa environment, ensuring guest comfort and relaxation.
- Provide guests with knowledge of products and post-treatment care.
Qualifications:
- Certified Spa Therapist with a recognized qualification.
- Proven experience working as a therapist in a 5-star hotel or luxury spa.
- In-depth knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and facial therapies.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- A calm, professional, and caring demeanor.
- Ability to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for every guest.
- Fluent in English.
