Position: Spa Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests, creating great first and last impressions in a pleasant and service-oriented manner.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, managing spa bookings and inquiries.
- Assist management with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
- Guide guests through a transformative spa experience, delivering a tailored wellness journey with inspired intention.
- Control access to the spa, maintain a pristine reception area, and handle all administrative duties efficiently.
- Address guests by name whenever possible to provide a personalized and hospitable service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist, customer service, or similar role, preferably in a spa or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in clerical skills and managing administrative tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience related to spa therapy and wellness services is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
