Position: Spa Receptionist – Spa & Recreation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- A calm and professional demeanor with the ability to handle guest inquiries and bookings.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in spa booking software.
- Knowledgeable about spa treatments and wellness products.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
