Position: Spa Receptionist – Spa & Recreation

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • A calm and professional demeanor with the ability to handle guest inquiries and bookings.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in spa booking software.
  • Knowledgeable about spa treatments and wellness products.
  • Impeccable personal presentation.
