Position: Demi CDP Specialty Indian Cuisine
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Specialized culinary skills and authentic knowledge in a variety of Indian cuisines.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Creative and passionate about culinary arts and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
