Position: Commis – Mediterranean Cuisine

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis in a professional kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of Mediterranean ingredients and cooking methods is an advantage.
• A graduate of a culinary school or equivalent apprenticeship.
• Hardworking, eager to learn, and able to follow instructions.
• A strong commitment to teamwork and kitchen hygiene.
