Position: Demi Chef de Partie – Mediterranean Cuisine
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or senior Commis Chef.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in preparing Mediterranean cuisine.
- A passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic flavors.
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety protocols.
