Position: Demi Chef de Partie – Mediterranean Cuisine

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or senior Commis Chef.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in preparing Mediterranean cuisine.
• A passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic flavors.
• Ability to work well within a team and maintain high standards of food quality.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety protocols.
