Position: Junior Sous Chef

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior kitchen role (e.g., Chef de Partie) in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, training, and supervisory skills.

• In-depth knowledge of kitchen management and food safety standards.
