Position: Executive Chef

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an international 5-star hotel chain.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
• Strong culinary creativity and menu engineering skills.
• Proven leadership and financial management capabilities (costing, budgeting).
• Ability to train, develop, and manage a large kitchen brigade.
