Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel’s operations during shifts, acting as the Manager on Duty to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Support and supervise the Front Office team, ensuring all procedures are followed according to brand standards.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the property.
• Conduct property walks and inspections to ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory or management role in a luxury resort.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• A proactive approach to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
