Position: Guest Relation Host
Responsibilities:
- Provide a personalized and memorable experience for all guests, particularly VIPs and long-staying guests.
- Act as a primary point of contact for guest feedback, special requests, and inquiries.
- Proactively engage with guests throughout their stay to anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Coordinate with other departments to arrange special amenities and services for guests.
- Maintain detailed guest profiles to ensure personalized service on future visits.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Guest Relations Officer or in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and engaging personality.
- A passion for guest service and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest issues with tact and diplomacy.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in hotel property management systems.
