Position: Guest Relation Host

Responsibilities:

• Provide a personalized and memorable experience for all guests, particularly VIPs and long-staying guests.
• Act as a primary point of contact for guest feedback, special requests, and inquiries.
• Proactively engage with guests throughout their stay to anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Coordinate with other departments to arrange special amenities and services for guests.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles to ensure personalized service on future visits.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Guest Relations Officer or in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and engaging personality.
• A passion for guest service and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest issues with tact and diplomacy.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in hotel property management systems.
