Position: F&B Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of service staff within a specific F&B outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Assist the Outlet Manager with training, scheduling, and motivating the service team.
- Ensure that all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service within the outlet.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader capacity.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a hands-on approach to leadership.
