Position: Safety & Security Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the hotel’s entire safety and security operation, ensuring the well-being of all guests and colleagues.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, patrols, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Train and supervise the security team, ensuring they are prepared to handle any situation effectively.
- Act as the primary liaison with local law enforcement and emergency services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security management role, preferably within a large luxury hotel or resort.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, fire safety, and crisis management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a security team.
- Certified in first aid, CPR, and other relevant safety and security training.
- Excellent observational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm and authoritative in emergency situations.
- A background in law enforcement or military is an advantage.
