Position: Safety & Security Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the hotel’s entire safety and security operation, ensuring the well-being of all guests and colleagues.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, patrols, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
• Train and supervise the security team, ensuring they are prepared to handle any situation effectively.
• Act as the primary liaison with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security management role, preferably within a large luxury hotel or resort.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, fire safety, and crisis management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a security team.
• Certified in first aid, CPR, and other relevant safety and security training.
• Excellent observational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and authoritative in emergency situations.
• A background in law enforcement or military is an advantage.
