Position: Guest Service Host

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a personalized and seamless arrival and departure experience for each guest.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, from handling reservations to providing bespoke concierge services.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for guests, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled with grace and efficiency.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to enhance the guest journey.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism that define the Park Hyatt brand.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest service or front office role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with guests.
  • A poised, professional, and immaculate presentation.
  • Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve guest issues with a calm and positive demeanor.
  • A genuine passion for delivering personalized and sophisticated service.
  • Fluency in English is required.
