Position: Assistant Director of Room
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Rooms in overseeing all aspects of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction are achieved and maintained throughout the guest journey.
- Manage divisional operations, optimize room occupancy and revenue, and control departmental costs.
- Lead and mentor the Rooms Division team, fostering a culture of excellence, care, and continuous improvement.
- Handle elevated guest concerns and ensure effective resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Rooms Division management within a 5-star hotel/resort.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop a large team.
- Excellent operational knowledge of both Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
