Position: Room Attendant (DW)

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
• Change linens and towels, and replenish guest supplies and amenities in a timely manner.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are tidy, appealing, and fully prepared for guest arrival.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries with a professional and courteous attitude.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good communication abilities.
• A positive attitude and an outgoing personality.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and order.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of performing manual tasks and standing for extended periods.
