Position: Room Attendant (DW)
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
- Change linens and towels, and replenish guest supplies and amenities in a timely manner.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are tidy, appealing, and fully prepared for guest arrival.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries with a professional and courteous attitude.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good communication abilities.
- A positive attitude and an outgoing personality.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and order.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks and standing for extended periods.
