Position: Chef de Cuisine (All Day Dining)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the culinary operations of the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant.
  • Create innovative menus and daily specials, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage the kitchen team, providing training, guidance, and ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize wastage for the outlet.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years as a Chef de Cuisine or senior Sous Chef in an all-day dining setting.
  • Expertise in both international and local cuisines.
  • Strong leadership and creativity in menu planning and execution.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a culinary team to deliver consistent quality.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred.
