Position: Stewarding Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the stewarding team, assigning tasks and ensuring all duties are completed to standard.
• Oversee the cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of all kitchen areas, equipment, and service ware.
• Manage the inventory and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver.
• Train stewarding staff on chemical handling, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Ensure a consistent supply of clean and sanitized equipment to all F&B outlets.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a hotel stewarding department, with previous supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with culinary and service teams.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic.
