Position: Guest Service Officer (Telephone Operator)

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with professional and courteous telephone etiquette.
• Direct calls to the appropriate guests and departments accurately and efficiently.
• Manage guest requests made via telephone, including wake-up calls and room service orders.
• Act as a central communication hub for the hotel, especially during emergency situations.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services and local attractions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar guest service role in a hotel.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• A clear, pleasant, and professional speaking voice.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a calm and efficient manner.
• Strong customer service skills and a patient demeanor.
• Proficiency with a multi-line phone system (PABX).
• Must be well-organized and reliable.
