Position: Duty Manager
General Requirements:
- Relevant experience / educational background
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the same position
- Guests satisfaction oriented and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Good English literate, both oral & written
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera
- Ability to handle guest complaints and emergency situations effectively
