Position: Duty Manager

General Requirements:

• Relevant experience / educational background
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the same position
• Guests satisfaction oriented and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Good English literate, both oral & written
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera
• Ability to handle guest complaints and emergency situations effectively
