Position: Waiter – Event Service (Banquet)

Responsibilities:

• Set up event spaces for banquets, meetings, and other functions according to event orders.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner during events.
• Ensure all guest needs are met promptly and courteously throughout the event.
• Clear tables and break down event setups after the function has concluded.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all banquet service areas.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a banquet waiter or in a similar F&B service role.
• Strong knowledge of banquet service styles and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
