Position: Bar and Banquet Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, and banquet event execution.
- Excellent communication and guest handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the bar and all banquet events, ensuring high standards of service are met.
- Train, mentor, and schedule bar and banquet staff to optimize performance.
- Manage beverage inventory, control costs, and oversee the preparation of high quality drinks.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
