Position: Bar and Banquet Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, and banquet event execution.
• Excellent communication and guest handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the bar and all banquet events, ensuring high standards of service are met.
• Train, mentor, and schedule bar and banquet staff to optimize performance.
• Manage beverage inventory, control costs, and oversee the preparation of high quality drinks.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
