Position: F&B Host
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an F&B Host or Hostess in a fine dining restaurant or luxury resort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Warm, engaging personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Experience with restaurant reservation systems and POS software.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage seating arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests arriving at the restaurant.
- Manage restaurant reservations, walk in guests, and seating charts to optimize table turnover.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take reservations accurately.
- Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams regarding guest flow and special requests.
