Position: Banquet (Staff)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a banquet server in a hotel or convention center.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with different service styles (e.g., buffet, plated).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Set up event rooms according to banquet event orders, including tables, chairs, linens, and service stations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during events in a professional and timely manner.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Clear tables and clean the event space after the function.
• Collaborate with the banquet supervisor and kitchen team.
