Position: Banquet (Staff)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a banquet server in a hotel or convention center.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with different service styles (e.g., buffet, plated).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Set up event rooms according to banquet event orders, including tables, chairs, linens, and service stations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests during events in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Clear tables and clean the event space after the function.
- Collaborate with the banquet supervisor and kitchen team.
