Position: F&B Supervisor
General Requirements:
- Hospitality professional with minimum 1 year
- Experience in similar position at 4 star hotel
- Degree on any hospitality related course
- Result oriented, hard worker, good attitude & personality
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English with great communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlets, including the restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent service.
- Train, supervise, and motivate F&B service staff, managing schedules and assigning duties.
- Interact with guests, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages, supplies, and equipment, and assist with ordering.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards in the service areas.
