Position: F&B Supervisor

General Requirements:

• Hospitality professional with minimum 1 year
• Experience in similar position at 4 star hotel
• Degree on any hospitality related course
• Result oriented, hard worker, good attitude & personality
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and excellent customer service skills
• Fluent in English with great communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlets, including the restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent service.
• Train, supervise, and motivate F&B service staff, managing schedules and assigning duties.
• Interact with guests, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages, supplies, and equipment, and assist with ordering.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards in the service areas.
