Position: Bartender / Barista (Staff)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender or Barista in a high volume hotel or cafe.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Expertise in coffee making techniques and latte art.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and excellent upselling skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and specialty coffees.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and coffee station.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and handle billing.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all guests.
