Position: Bartender / Barista (Staff)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender or Barista in a high volume hotel or cafe.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Expertise in coffee making techniques and latte art.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and excellent upselling skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and specialty coffees.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and coffee station.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and handle billing.
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all guests.
