Position: Baker Pastry

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts for all hotel outlets.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and quality.
• Operate and maintain all bakery and pastry equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in the pastry kitchen.
• Assist in developing new pastry and bakery items for menus and special events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Baker or Pastry Cook in a hotel or large-scale bakery.
• Strong skills in baking, pastry production, and dessert preparation.
• A passion for baking and creativity in decoration and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Formal culinary or pastry training is highly desirable.
