Position: Sous Chef

Qualifications:

• Significant experience as Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong culinary expertise in various cuisines, with a focus on quality and creativity.
• Ability to manage a kitchen team, oversee daily operations, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Experienced in cost control, inventory management, and menu development.
• Food safety certification (HACCP) is a plus.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a busy Bandung kitchen environment.
