Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Significant experience as Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong culinary expertise in various cuisines, with a focus on quality and creativity.
- Ability to manage a kitchen team, oversee daily operations, and maintain hygiene standards.
- Experienced in cost control, inventory management, and menu development.
- Food safety certification (HACCP) is a plus.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a busy Bandung kitchen environment.
