Position: Food & Beverage Captain
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Captain or senior waiter/waitress in a reputable establishment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise a service team.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and guest-handling skills.
- A passion for service and a desire to create a meaningful guest experience.
- Ability to train and mentor junior staff members.
