Position: Food & Beverage Captain

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an F&B Captain or senior waiter/waitress in a reputable establishment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise a service team.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and guest-handling skills.
• A passion for service and a desire to create a meaningful guest experience.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff members.
