Position: Guest Service Agent

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar Front Office role.
  • Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle check-in/out procedures and guest inquiries efficiently.
