Position: F&B Guest Service Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the F&B service team.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel standards, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
Qualifications:
- Willing to be placed in the F&B & FO departments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or similar position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Guest-oriented with a passion for service excellence.
- Proficient in POS systems and hotel software.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
