Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and agency accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales calls, networking, and industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses relevant experience in a similar position within the industry.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibits excellent command of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Highly committed to delivering exceptional guest service with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
