Cluster Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy for the cluster properties.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about hospitality, design, and guest experience.
• Creative and resourceful in crafting lifestyle-driven hotel promotions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments and properties.
