Guest Experience Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable stay.
  • Proactively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve guest issues and fulfill special requests.
  • Oversee VIP arrivals and ensure all arrangements are perfectly executed.
  • Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses relevant experience in a similar position within the industry.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibits excellent command of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Highly committed to delivering exceptional guest service with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office supervisory role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for guest satisfaction.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
