Guest Experience Officer
Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable stay.
- Proactively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and gather feedback.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve guest issues and fulfill special requests.
- Oversee VIP arrivals and ensure all arrangements are perfectly executed.
- Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Possesses relevant experience in a similar position within the industry.
- Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exhibits excellent command of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Highly committed to delivering exceptional guest service with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office supervisory role.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
