Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform check in and check out procedures efficiently and professionally.
• Manage guest reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Handle guest payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Address guest concerns and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest service role.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera/PMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong problem solving skills and a guest oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
