Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform check in and check out procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Manage guest reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Handle guest payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest service role.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera/PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem solving skills and a guest oriented mindset.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
