Wellness Attendant – HK

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all wellness areas, including the gym, pool, and locker rooms.
• Ensure a constant supply of fresh towels, water, and other amenities for guests.
• Assist guests with inquiries related to the wellness facilities.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the engineering department.
• Adhere to all hygiene and sanitation standards as per hotel policy.

Qualifications:

• Possesses relevant experience in a similar position within the industry.
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exhibits excellent command of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Highly committed to delivering exceptional guest service with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel’s recreation or spa area.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to cleanliness.
