Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants to ensure service standards are met.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Manage staff schedules, assignments, and daily checklists.
• Address guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.

Qualifications:

• One year of experience for Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Good English literacy, both spoken and written.
• Preferably a diploma holder or graduate with relevant experience.
• Experience in hospitality operations and team supervision is an advantage.
