Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants to ensure service standards are met.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Manage staff schedules, assignments, and daily checklists.
- Address guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
Qualifications:
- One year of experience for Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Good English literacy, both spoken and written.
- Preferably a diploma holder or graduate with relevant experience.
- Experience in hospitality operations and team supervision is an advantage.
