Reservation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the reservation department.
  • Train and mentor Reservation Agents to ensure they provide accurate and courteous service.
  • Manage room inventory, rates, and availability across all booking channels.
  • Handle group bookings, special requests, and escalated reservation issues.
  • Prepare and analyze reservation reports to support revenue management strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the same position will be an advantage.
  • A well-organized and initiative person.
  • Team work and leadership skills.
  • Positive spirit of conquest attitude.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, with some supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, TARS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
