Position: Account Payable

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare payment disbursement on the due date of the invoices. Submit the invoices together with all original supporting document and payment card.
  • Prepare a monthly trial balance of all account payable in case of payment by installment or by progress as in contract.
  • Keep all account payable files up to date and maintain good record of creditor by age.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the same positions will be an advantage.
  • Accounting, management or finance abilities.
  • A well-organized and initiative person.
  • Positive spirit of conquest attitude.
