Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Process individual and group bookings accurately in the hotel’s reservation system.
- Provide potential guests with detailed information about rooms, rates, and hotel facilities.
- Maximize room revenue by upselling and promoting hotel packages.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all correspondence and bookings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the same position will be an advantage.
- A well-organized and initiative person.
- Team work skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Positive spirit of conquest attitude.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a reservation or front office agent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy.
