Position: Butler

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and anticipatory service to guests, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Coordinate all guest needs, including dining reservations, travel arrangements, and special requests.
• Ensure guest rooms and suites are prepared to the highest standards before arrival.
• Offer packing and unpacking services, laundry, and shoe shining.
• Maintain a discreet presence while being attentive to every detail of the guest’s stay.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury guest service role.
• Impeccable grooming and a professional demeanor.
• A warm smile, a passion for service, and a desire to make history through hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle guest requests with grace and efficiency.
• Fluent in English.
