Position: Chef de Cuisine
Responsibilities:
- Leads the overall kitchen operations with a hands-on approach.
- Ensures excellent and consistent food quality across all outlets.
- Develops creative menus and innovative culinary concepts.
- Manages kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient team performance.
- Oversees inventory, food costing, and adherence to hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in 4-5 star hotels.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Commitment to service excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of operational standards, cost control, and hygiene practices.
- Creative, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure.
