Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for quality assurance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens.
• Create staff schedules and assign daily duties.
• Address guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Team spirit and service minded.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS).
