Position: Assistant Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping department.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest room amenities.
• Address guest feedback and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Positive attitude and a strong team player.
