Position: Assistant Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping department.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest room amenities.
- Address guest feedback and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Positive attitude and a strong team player.
