Position: IT Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hotel staff.
  • Manage and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Ensure network security and data privacy.
  • Assist with the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills to assist non-technical users.
  • Team spirit and a service-minded approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security.
  • Experience with hotel software (PMS, POS) is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
