Position: IT Officer
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hotel staff.
- Manage and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure and systems.
- Ensure network security and data privacy.
- Assist with the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills to assist non-technical users.
- Team spirit and a service-minded approach to problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security.
- Experience with hotel software (PMS, POS) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
