Position: Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Handle guest payments and maintain a balanced cash float.
• Address and resolve guest concerns to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Team spirit and service minded.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation software or PMS.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Fluent in English.
