Position: Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Answer inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle guest payments and maintain a balanced cash float.
- Address and resolve guest concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Team spirit and service minded.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation software or PMS.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluent in English.
